In most cases I will collect personal data directly from you. From time to time, I may collect data from outer sources. It is, for example, possible that a friend wants to offer you a custom design tattoo as a gift, which means that I will process your data.
Processing of your order
When you place an order I process your personal data, such as your name and address, email, telephone number, delivery- and payment details, personal messages and financial data, to process and deliver your order. For the processing of your order, I use several payment providers. The legal basis for the processing of this type of personal data is the conclusion and execution of agreements.
Newsletter
You can sign up to receive my newsletter. I will only send you my newsletter if you have given me permission to do so or if you’re an existing customer (I have a legitimate commercial interest to send direct marketing to my customers, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive my newsletter). Every newsletter also contains an unsubscribe link so that you can easily unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive my newsletter. Good to know: when you unsubscribe, I will store your information in a list so that I don’t accidentally send you more emails (this is a standard feature of Mailchimp). Dealing with complaints
When you contact me with a question, request or complaint about Discreet Tattoos, I store your message and contact details so that I am able to respond to your message. If the question, request or complaint relates to my services, the legal basis for the processing of this type of personal data is the conclusion and execution of agreements. In all other situations, I process the data on the legal basis of my legitimate interest to be able to respond to your message.
Analysing the website
I use cookies to ensure that the website functions properly and to analyse how visitors use the website. I process this data with your consent. For more information, please read the paragraph about cookies.
Contact form
You can contact me or ask me a question by using the contact form available on my website. I process your name, email address and any personal data included in the message, so I can respond to your question or request. Are you using the contact form for the purpose of entering into an agreement? Then this data is processed on the legal basis of the conclusion and execution of agreements. In all other cases, your data is collected on the legal basis of your consent.

Discreet Tattoos uses several non-Europeas service providers, and is currently looking into the implications of the ruling in this respect.
